Call of Duty Endowment Challenger Pack Launching Alongside Black Ops Cold War

A new Call of Duty Endowment charity pack will be released for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone fans to purchase tomorrow, giving some themed cosmetics for the player’s next drop into the 1980s intrigue. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is only a day away from being released, and this will be the first purchasable cosmetic bundle available for fans to customize their game experience.

Proceeds from this pack’s sale will go towards placing veterans in the US and United Kingdom into civilian jobs. To date, the Call of Duty Endowment charity has placed 77,265 veterans in jobs, and this year alone the Endowment helped 11,167 veterans into full-time positions at an average starting salary of $61,195.

The Challenger Pack will be launching on November 13th for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Call of Duty: Warzone fans will have to wait till December before it debuts in the battle royale title. Do keep in mind that unlike the toothbrush Call of Duty promotion, all net proceeds from this sale will go towards the endowment. Players can continue to purchase the pack until $5 million is raised in support of the veteran community.

The pack contains two-weapon blueprints, a calling card, emblem, weapon charm, sticker, and a double XP token. These are all themed with a unique camo made of the Endowment’s colors. These unique blueprints are themed in tiger-skin pattered patriotic camos and come with several preset attachments.

Players will be able to equip their new cosmetics in the Barracks section of the game’s menu, which will be available in both Multiplayer and Zombies. The Double Weapon XP token is meant for multiplayer advancement and will only be available for use in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War until Warzone integrates in December.

This is a great way for fans to give back to the veteran community. The Call of Duty franchise has long been in support of the military community. Activision and its many development teams have aided in hosting military Call of Duty tournaments in the past and run multiple charity drives. With the support of the players, each of these charity drives have been successful enough to change thousands of lives.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War continues to receive pre-orders and the developers are already releasing information on the day one patch. As the game launches, this pack offers fans yet another opportunity to give back to the veterans and gain the extra cosmetic edge over their many competitions.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is set to release on November 13th for PC, PS4, Ps5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
