Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Fly Agaric Sciropescire Hallucination Challenge Solution

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla has been enthusiastically received by fans, with famed director John Carpenter praising Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla as well. Ubisoft took creative liberty incorporating Norse mythology into the series, and it paid off tremendously.

There are plenty of awesome side missions in Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla that involve the player exploring the vast wilderness of Vinland and interact with the wealth, artifacts, and mysteries of the game. For the mystery subgroup group of quests, part of it tasks players to take hallucinogenic mushrooms called Fly Agaric and solve a set of puzzles using their surroundings.

The Fly Agaric puzzle located in Scriosphere requires players to light fires in a specific order that isn’t obvious at first glance. To offer some assistance to Eivor’s mushroom trip, here is a simple method to complete the quest in Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla.

Players should first travel to Sciropescire and head to the bottom tip of a group of trees under Dudmastun Lake, though it’s recommended that gamers reach a power level of 130 before traveling to there. If that isn’t an issue, then proceed with the mission freely. Once players eat the mushroom, they are instructed to observe the signs and light the correct braziers. By signs, the game means the circle of rocks surrounding some of the fires. If rocks surround the fire, the players should turn the flame blue. If the fire has no rocks, they should keep the flames red.

Some players are confused about whether the signs means the number of bowls on the ground next to the flame but ignore that since it has nothing to do with the actual puzzle. The three flames that specifically need to be changed are the first fire to the immediate left of the tree and the two adjacent fires on the stone passageway’s right side. A sound will activate when the correct fires have been changed, and the player will be able to walk through the portal behind the tree.

Eivor will end the quest with a quote about how fire’s strength is a metaphor for friendship among bad men, and the quest will end. Among the many Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla mysteries, this one can definitely come across as a lot more confusing to the player than the other quests if they are not paying attention to their surroundings. Hopefully, this guide helps fans have a better idea of approaching these kinds of quests in the future.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
