In 2013, CD Projekt Red released Cyberpunk 2077’s first cinematic trailer. Although the preview was not gameplay footage, it still gave players an idea of what the project is all about. In the trailer, CD Projekt Red showcased Cyberpunk 2077’s futuristic setting, as well as the game’s mature themes and deeply customizable experience, set in the corrupt open-world Night City. As expected, the first trailer did not elaborate on what the game’s plot will be about, but it did give players a preview of what to expect in the upcoming game.

After five years of silence, CD Projekt Red released Cyberpunk 2077’s second official trailer at E3 2018. Unlike the debut preview, the E3 2018 trailer did reveal a few details about how the story will unfold, how long it will last, and how the dialogue system works in the game. In the preview, fans were introduced to V, the story’s main protagonist, and the playable character that players will control in Cyberpunk 2077. V is described as “a hired gun on the rise in Night City,” while the location itself has been described as “the most violent dangerous metropolis of the corporate-ruled future.” The trailer also gave players a glimpse of the game’s highly-customizable character creation system, where each decision will allow players to “influence the shape of the game.”

A year later, CD Projekt Red returned to E3 2019 with a big revelation: actor Keanu Reeves will have a major role in Cyberpunk 2077. Reeves’ appearance took the video game industry by surprise when he appeared on the E3 stage to talk about the upcoming game. Without a doubt, the E3 2019 cinematic trailer of Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most popular previews of the game. Aside from Reeves’ involvement, the trailer revealed tons of new information about the game, including details on multiple endings that players can unlock.

In June of this year, CD Projekt Red released a new trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 that gave fans an overview of the game’s story, gameplay, and the endless activities that players can embark on in Night City. The trailer opened with V meeting up with an old friend in Night City, talking about making a new life and becoming a legend. One part of the trailer showed V in action, while another scene showed the character in a car-chase shootout.

One of the major features in Cyberpunk 2077 that CD Projekt Red recently highlighted is the different types of vehicles that players can use in the game. In October’s Rides of the Dark Future trailer, CD Projekt Red unveiled all the vehicles in the game, starting from the Economy class of vehicles to the Executive Class, which includes high-class cars that appears to be inspired by real-life luxury brands such as Audi, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce. Overall, players should expect to encounter several classes of vehicles.

Just last month, CD Projekt Red released a Johnny Silverhand dedicated trailer for Cyberpunk 2077. To the uninitiated, Johnny Silverhand is the character played by Keanu Reeves. The trailer confirmed that players would be able to take control of the character at certain points of the game. Additionally, the trailer also showcased a more in-depth look into Cyberpunk 2077’s story and the role the various characters will play in the upcoming game.

Several weeks ago, Cyberpunk 2077 was supposed to launch. To make up for it, CD Projekt Red released an in-depth gameplay trailer of the upcoming game. In the preview, CD Projekt Red focused on the music of Cyberpunk 2077 and gave its insights on the backstory of Johnny Silverhand. The trailer ran for about five minutes and showcased Cyberpunk 2077’s customization options, body modifications, fashion, and new locations that include an underwater sequence.

A week after the in-depth gameplay trailer, CD Projekt Red released another preview, this time showcasing what Cyberpunk 2077 would look like on the PS5. To further highlight how beautiful the game looks on the next-gen console, the trailer opened with some scenes taken from the PS4 Pro before transitioning to the PS5, giving players a comparison of how different the next-gen version of the game actually is.

Now, the latest trailer of Cyberpunk 2077, which was released towards the end of November, showcased the game’s photo mode. According to the trailer, photo mode will be ready for launch, allowing players to take a shot of their favorite scenes in the upcoming game. The trailer showcased the different options available in photo mode ranging from various effects, depth of field, stickers, aperture sizes, filters, and many more. Additionally, players will also be able to pose V in whatever stance they prefer, making the photo mode in Cyberpunk 2077 extremely customizable.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be available on December 10 for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions releasing in 2021.
