League of Legends: Battle Queens 2020 Missions and Rewards

2020 is almost over, but League of Legends players have been busy experimenting with preseason item changes for the past month. Before the year ends, however, there’s time for a winter event to herald the start of Season 11 in January. From December 10th to January 11th, all regions can participate in Battle Queens 2020 event that accompanies Rell’s release.

Battle Queen is a new alternate universe where 5 different Queendoms compete in a coronation tournament reminiscent of anime and mobile game settings. In addition to the standard missions and token exchange shop, Battle Queens 2020 also brings back the beloved Nexus Blitz game mode much sooner than players were expecting. With many cosmetic rewards for the new Battle Queen and Elderwood skins, everyone will have a reason to play through this event for the next 4 weeks.

As usual, all players will automatically get a series of free missions that award 12 Battle Queens tokens each. Furthermore, the first and last mission will also grant an exclusive Battle Queens 2020 Event Icon and Eternals Capsule respectively.

7. Renewal of Power | As a team, kill Baron Nashor | Play 5 games (All) | 
8. Neutral Ground, Equal Field | Win a game (Non-SR Queues Only) | Play 5 games (All) | 
9. Ambition | Win 2 games | Play 5 games (All) | 
10. The Strength of the Alliance | Score 20 Takedowns | Play 5 games (All) | 

Everyone also gets a separate mission to play 30 matchmade games that rewards a Battle Queens 2020 Orb.

Much like Spirit Blossom 2020, there is another set of tasks that requires earning 50 points with each of the 5 Battle Queens houses. Successfully completing a mission will reward players with 36 tokens along with lore about that specific house.

2. The Eosian Crest | As a team, kill 2+ epic monsters (7 points) | Score 10+ takedowns (3 points) | Win a game (3 points) | Lose a game (1 point) |
3. The Schemian Crest | Win a game with more kills than deaths (5 points) | Deal 30,000+ damage to champions (5 points) | Win a game (3 points) | Lose a game (1 point) |
4. The Calamitan Crest | As a team, destroy the first tower (7 points) | Earn a 35+ Crowd Control Score (5 points) | Win a game (3 points) | Lose a game (1 point) |
5. The Aurain Crest | Earn a 25+ Vision Score (5 points) | Earn 17,000 gold in a single game (5 points) | Win a game (3 points) | Lose a game (1 point) |

After finishing every free mission, everyone will have 300 Battle Queens tokens which should let them exchange one choice of most items in the shop. If there are other cosmetics or more expensive League of Legends items that catch a player’s attention, they can buy the event pass which guarantees 915 tokens from weekly missions in addition to matchmade games and milestone rewards.
