Immortals Fenyx Rising is a new Ubisoft game that tackles Greek mythology and themes of family. It combines the gameplay mechanics of the latest Assassin’s Creed titles, and the visuals and other gameplay mechanics of Nintendo titles we all know and love.
Being an open-world game, Immortals Fenyx Rising is filled with items many players won’t be able to discover unless they really scour the more hidden locations and quests of the game. These items will provide the players with the boosts and attributes they need to conquer and defeat the various gods and monsters they’ll encounter in the game.
10 Misthios Armor Set (Armor Set)
Those who played Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey will find this game extremely familiar. On top of that, they’ll love the game as well if they loved the aforementioned title. Both games are made by Ubisoft Quebec, after all, it only makes sense that the development studio will place a couple of easter eggs to that game in this one.
If the players haven’t had enough with Alexios and Kassandra, they can choose to look like them in this game. The armor set isn’t actually found in the world but can be claimed as a reward in the Ubisoft Connect menu.
9 Departed Shade (Sword)
The Departed Shade sword is one of the best weapons the players will have the chance of wielding very early on in the game. This sword will also encourage the players to constantly perform a perfect dodge every chance they get as this sword will grant a six-second damage boost for every perfect dodge done.
This sword can be found within a guarded chest located in the Valley of the Eternal Springs, southwest of the Hall of the Gods. There are enemies guarding the chest but getting rid of them should be a walk in the park.
8 Forbidden Labrys (Axe)
The Forbidden Labrys is a powerful and efficient axe that can be acquired fairly early in the game. This is the perfect partner for the Departed Shade as it will give the players a six-second damage boost after they’ve performed a perfect parry.
This axe can be found hidden in a guarded chest located near the shoreline east of the Valley of Eternal Spring. The closest landmark to the chest is the Observatory at Clashing Rocks so the players can start there and move north-westward.
7 Resistance (Bow)
The bows in Immortals Fenyx Rising are a good way of dealing with enemies from afar. They may not be as powerful as the average sword or axe, but they can be extremely helpful in certain situations.
The Resistance is a bow that is very helpful in dealing with enemies as they’ll stun, knockback, and even freeze enemies once the bow reaches level 4. This bow can be found in a guarded chest located south of the Hall of the Gods.
6 Phosphor the Lovebird
Phosphor is Fenyx’s trusty little bird buddy. This incredible creature will follow the player around and even assist in combat via the Phosphor’s Attack Godly Power. True to its RPG element, like many of the items and weapons in the game, Phosphor is also customizable.
The Phosphor the Lovebird skin is the best Phosphor-related item in the game. This Phosphor skin can be acquired by defeating the legendary boar, which can be found in the Valley of the Eternal Springs.
5 The Silver Pegasus (Mount)
If Fenyx is to be a god in the world of Immortals Fenyx Rising, they might as well look the part. The Silver Pegasus mount is the best horse companion a god can have. Thankfully, this majestic creature can be found and tamed quite early in the game.
The only difficult part about obtaining this horse is getting to its location. The Silver Pegasus can be found in the first area of the game. The horse can be found frolicking around on one of the furthest islands found around the shipwreck. There are no enemies on this island, but a few very powerful ones linger on the islands before you get to the horse.
4 Phosphor of Zeus’ Lightning
Phosphor of Zeus’ Lightning is a very good skin to acquire to make Fenyx’s bird companion even more powerful than it already is. This skin will provide will cause Phosphor’s clone, which is a skill the players can earn, to explode, and inflict an astonishing 1200 damage.
This skin can be acquired after the player defeats the Namean Lion. This creature can be tracked by following Aphrodite’s Legendary Creature quest. The Namean Lion is not an easy battle, but the reward afterward will make the struggle worthwhile.
3 Tyrian (Mount)
Tyrian is a majestic creature with a horn sticking out of its forehead. A creature like this is what we know as a unicorn. Who doesn’t love them, to be honest? Tyrian has three levels of stamina, meaning Fenyx will be able to run around the vast open world much more quickly.
This purple unicorn can be found on a little sandy island just south of the Hall of the Gods. Since this horse is particularly colorful, it can be easily spotted from afar.
2 Plate of the Ethereal Automation (Armor)
The world of Immortals Fenyx Rising has no shortage of towering creatures and demons. A powerful armor is very helpful in dealing with these terrifying monsters and the Plate of the Ethereal Automation is one of the best armors in the game.
This armor can be acquired by completing Hephaistos’ side quest which he will give the players after he returns to his true form. This quest involves defeating two very powerful Cyclopes. Once both are defeated, the players will be able to wear this powerful armor.
1 Crystal Shadow Hammer
The Crystal Shadow Hammer is the only equipable hammer the players can use as a heavy weapon. It is slow, but it hits like a gigantic truck. Its level one perk will give the players a freeze attack which freezes enemies for about six seconds after performing a perfect parry.
This powerful hammer can be found in the central area of War’s Den. The weapon itself is placed inside a guarded chest and a ton of enemies await the players in this area.
