Cyberpunk 2077: How to Get Missile Launcher Arms | Game Rant

Cyberpunk 2077 is living up to its motto that players can become anything they want. There’s even a way to install a missile launcher in V’s arm, allowing him to fire explosive projectiles at enemies with infinite ammo and blasts that deal heavy damage. If this sounds appealing, read on to find out how to get it.

Like other Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077, this item can be purchased and installed at a Ripperdoc. The game doesn’t tell players exactly where to go, so having a general idea of where to look and which shop sells this weapon will make acquiring it much easier.

It’s also important to remember that players will need to have 20 street cred in order to buy it, so players that aren’t quite there yet should continue doing side jobs and main jobs. There’s a lot to do in Cyberpunk 2077, so increasing street cred shouldn’t be terribly difficult.

In order to get the missile launcher, players need to find the Ripperdoc in Watson district’s Little China. First, fast travel to the Bradbury and Buran fast travel point and find Vik’s Ripperdoc shop on the same corner as Misty’s shop. Inside, players can talk to Viktor and then select the Trade tab. The item in question isn’t actually called a Missile Launcher, so instead players should look for the Projectile Launch System, the Arms Cyberware that will allow them to fire rockets. That said, the weapon is expensive, so players may want to read up on methods to earn money quick in Cyberpunk 2077.

Purchasing the Projectile Launch System will put the player back 15,450 Eurodollars, but will provide them with a reliable source of long range damage that is always available. The Projectile Launch System can then be further modified, adding Tranquilizer Rounds lets it incapacitate foes non-lethally and getting Incendiary Rounds will cause it to burn targets. Though the price tag is definitely steep, there’s no denying this is a powerful and versatile weapon.

On the other hand, there are a few other Cyberware options players may want to install instead. Cyberpunk 2077‘s iconic Mantis blades take up this inventory slot, and other weapons like the Monowire do also. Thankfully, players can purchase, find, and install as many weapons as they want, switching between them at a Ripperdoc should something get stale eventually. This makes customization even easier in Cyberpunk 2077, so players should feel free to experiment. The only restriction is that players can’t remove cybernetics altogether once they’re installed.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One, and later on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
