Cyberpunk 2077: 10 Best Skills In The Cool Tree | Game Rant

Cyberpunk 2077 has some new attributes for players to mess with. While some of these attributes are pretty standard in RPGs like Body and Reflexes, others are different. The two that stand out amongst the others are the Technical Ability and Cool attributes.

For now, the focus is on the Cool attribute. Cool is essentially the player’s ability to sneak. Players who want to hide in the shadows and practice stealth will be drawn to this attribute. It also has some pretty amazing abilities.

10 Cold Blood

Cold Blood is a necessity for players who want to branch into the Cool tree. The base perk helps players branch into everything else by giving them stacks of Cold Blood that affect not only this skill but many other skills. The stacks of Cold Blood from this perk last for ten seconds after an enemy is killed. On top of that, this skill increases a player’s movement speed by two percent per stack. After upgrading it a few times, players can increase their speed by six percent. That may not seem like much, but this important skill helps later on.

9 Immunity

There is nothing better than being immune to status effects. All RPG games have them and anyone who has played one knows the negative toll status effects can cause. There are multiple status effects to avoid in Cyberpunk that range from bleeding to shock. Immunity is one of the perks that require the Cold Blood perk. Once a player gains a stack of Cold Blood, this perk makes it so they are immune to all status effects. That will teach the enemies to mess with anyone.

8 Defensive Clotting

Having armor is never a bad thing. It helps decrease damage and ups the survival time of the character. Without it, V would be flatlined in no time at all. Defensive Clotting is another skill that works off of Cold Blood. Each stack of cold blood increases the player’s armor by ten percent. Other skills increase the number of Cold Blood points which can make this skill extremely powerful. The more kills a player gets, the higher their defense will become.

7 Venomous Fangs

Poison, like other debuffs, are useful when trying to take down multiple enemies at once. These debuffs hinder the enemies and make them easier to kill. Poison causes damage over time. This skill applies poison to all blades the player wields.

Any player interested in using blades will be glad to have this skill. Another great skill comes in the form of bleed damage. The two stacked together can really help destroy enemy health.

6 Cheat Death

There are plenty of skills that help decrease the amount of damage the player receives. Cheat Death is another one of those great survival skills that are a must for players who go with the Cool attribute. This skill decreases the amount of damage the player receives by fifty percent whenever their health drops below fifty percent. It’s obvious how fast the health bar can drop when a player gets caught in the middle of a few enemies so this skill will help to increase survivability very well.

5 From The Shadows

The key to taking down an enemy fast is to deal a lot of damage very quickly. From The Shadows is one of those skills that help take down enemies quickly as soon as the battle begins. At the start of combat, this skill increases critical chance by twenty-five percent for a whole seven seconds. This skill can also be taken twice which makes that critical chance go up to fifty percent. Dealing damage fast won’t be a problem with this skill.

4 Hidden Dragon

Stealthy players will enjoy the Hidden Dragon skill because it lets them perform a new style of takedown. Normal takedowns are performed from behind an unaware enemy, but Hidden Dragon allows players to take down enemies from above. This new way of taking down enemies allows players to be more versatile. Other skills will help increase the critical damage of these powerful strikes.

3 Dagger Dealer

With Dagger Dealer, players get the bonus of being able to throw knives. A great bonus to help with this perk is the Venomous Fangs skill. That will allows these knives to also apply poison when hitting an enemy. Other skills can further increase the damage of these throwing knives and increase the critical damage and chance as well.

These throwing knives can be an extremely useful tool for any player looking to invest in the Cool attribute.

2 Bloodswell

Cold Blood is a great bonus to help the player out. Something that can help increase the power of this useful buff is the Bloodswell skill. This skill makes it so that whenever a player’s health drops below forty-five percent, a max stack of Cold Blood is applied. Grabbing up all the Cold Blood increase skills will help make this skill even better. Think about the number of skills that give effects with Cold Blood. Each one of these will be at the max when this skill activates.

1 Hasten The Inevitable

Hasten The Inevitable will help kill enemies even faster than ever before. With the capability of applying poison to enemies with blades and throwing knives, poison will be spread quickly. This skill uses that to further the player’s advantage by making them deal twenty percent more damage to poisoned enemies. Enemies will start to drop like flies with this ability. There is nothing better for players who take to the stealth route.
