Genshin Impact is kicking into high gear yet again just as its Version 1.2 events are winding down. With players busy finishing out January with a Marvelous Merchandise redux, and the end of Hypostatic Symphony, the game’s developer miHoYo has kept at work preparing the next set of all new additions.
While a new trailer for Genshin Impact Version 1.3 was released recently, a special livestream coverage of the new update was also held today. This livestream expanded upon the trailer’s content, while also taking a detailed step-by-step walk through the trailer itself.
As was the case with the last special livestream, miHoYo gave its fans plenty of free goodies throughout the event. The roughly 45-minute-long Genshin Impact stream was divided into three brief segments, each separated by an intermission slide featuring a new promo code for Travelers to redeem. Like the Version 1.2 stream, these codes were released in an attempted limited-time batch; that said, all players have been able to claim them since then.
These three codes each offer players a small bundle of Primogems and one other valuable material. Given that Version 1.3 promises a new five-star character and more, players will certainly at least appreciate the Primogem supply. The codes, as per usual, can be redeemed through miHoYo’s official Genshin Impact website, linked as the source at the bottom of this page.
Once on the website’s “Redeem Code” page (located at the top right of the homepage), players should simply login to their miHoYo account, select the appropriate region and character, and enter a promo code. The three new codes, and the gifts they reward, are as follows:
- jsSK8n23jzR (100 Primogems, 10 Mystic Enhancement Ores)
- dU2mhjQL1ZT (100 Primogems, 5 Hero’s Wit)
- nBEm3myAL2b (100 Primogems, 50,000 mora)
These codes alone would leave a player 20 Primogems short of two Intertwined or Acquaint Fates, which can be used to Wish for rare characters and weapons. So, those interested in upgrading current teammates’ Constellations, or pulling some of the game’s new characters like Albedo or the incoming Xiao, would do well to claim these codes. Once claimed on the website, a success message will display. Players will then find the free gift in their in-game Inbox.
Travelers have also been urged to claim these promo codes before the start of Xiao’s banner and the release of Version 1.3, February 3. While the codes may remain active past this date, it’s likely that miHoYo intends to deactivate them in the near future, so it’s best to err on the side of caution. Fortunately, redeeming these codes is incredibly straightforward.
Genshin Impact is available now on the App Store, Google Play, PC, and PS4, and is currently in development for PS5 and Switch.
