歐盟設機制管制疫苗出口　英國嚴重關注

歐盟與阿斯利康藥廠就疫苗供應問題的爭拗持續，歐盟委員會設立機制，管制在成員國廠房生產的疫苗出口。英國首相約翰遜與歐盟委員會主席馮德萊恩通電話，對歐盟的決定，表達嚴重關注。

內閣辦公室事務部長高文浩致電歐盟委員會副主席謝夫喬維奇，指歐盟在決定前沒有通知英國，又說英國審慎考慮下一步行動。

英方認為，歐盟此舉是局部暫停執行脫歐協議中，容許貨物經愛爾蘭邊境流動的條款。

根據歐盟的新規定，疫苗生產商將要申請許可，才可把疫苗供應給歐盟以外國家。在一些情況下可獲豁免，包括提供給全球疫苗共享平台。…

ZTE is teasing a 200MP camera on the Axon 30 Pro 5G, because why not?

The ZTE Axon 30 Pro 5G will also have an under-display camera.

What you need to know

ZTE posted a teaser for the Axon 30 Pro 5G with what looks to be a silhouette of its camera housing.
Rumors point to the device featuring a 200MP camera and Qualcomm Snapdragon 888.
The camera is reportedly smaller than Samsung’s 108MP sensor but will feature two native pixel-binning modes.

ZTE is one of the companies that try to push camera tech to new heights. The latest experiment with last year’s Axon 20 Pro brought the first commercially available under-display selfie camera on a smartphone, albeit not with the best results. Still, it was a novel feature to put on a smartphone and it brought the smartphone a lot of attention. ZTE seems to be at it again, teasing the next flagship model which will be equipped with the highest resolution camera on a smartphone.
