盧思位稱處罰涉12港人案　任全牛批評法治欺騙本質

「12港人案」兩名家屬委託的維權律師盧思位、任全牛，先後收到地方司法廳通知，計劃吊銷律師執業證書。

盧思位回應傳媒查詢時表示，這次行政處罰與「12港人案」有關。任全牛在社交網站批評，充分體現法治的欺騙本質。二人都要求聽證。

另一名家屬律師藺其磊表示，當局在新年第一個工作日就準備吊銷兩名律師的執照，對此感到非常悲痛，因為二人只是在憲法和法律範圍内做事，仍遭受嚴重打擊。他相信，「12港人案」只是其中一個因素或者導綫，這次處罰與二人長期不聽當局指示，勇敢堅決代理人權案件有關。

歐元區上月製造業活動加快擴張

Markit歐元區12月製造業採購經理指數終值升至55.2，低於初值，但仍然是2018年中以來最高，反映新型肺炎疫情對歐元區經濟的打擊已較去年初時緩和。

歐元區上月產出分項指數終值升至56.3，新訂單指數亦錄得增長，因為對德國商品的需求強勁，而且部分反映英國脫歐過渡期結束前英國需求暫時性大增。

不過，歐元區12月仍出現裁員，就業指數升至49.2但仍低於50，反映就業狀況仍然處於收縮狀態。…
