Call of Duty: Warzone God Mode Glitch Returns in Armored Royale LTM

While Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has continued to be a big seller for Activision, the latest game in the long running franchise has seemingly faced the most amount of issues and bugs ever seen before. While Raven Software continues to try and patch out bugs, it seems new issues are being discovered by fans more often than not. When paired with the ongoing hacking and cheating issues, many players seem to be reaching their breaking point.

Part of that frustration comes from glitches and exploits that have previously been fixed, only to appear out of the blue once again. The most recent example is the infinite stim glitch, which has been fixed through updates multiple times, though has continued to appear periodically over the past month or so. Unfortunately, another longstanding issue once thought to have been fixed has reared its ugly head again thanks to the return of the Armored Royale limited time mode.

Redditors on the Call of Duty: Warzone subReddit have started to report that the invisibility glitch that arrived during the Warzone fusion with Black Ops Cold War back in December has returned. However, the glitch seems to have evolved into something much worse as it is now a game-breaking problem, giving invisible players unlimited health as well inside of the Armored Royale game mode.

The latest Call of Duty: Warzone clip shows a player on the move as the circle closes without any players ahead of them, but suddenly gets gunned down seemingly out of nowhere. Shockingly, the killcam shows another enemy player standing nearly right next to the player, killing them without much effort. The person who posted the clip also indicates this isn’t the first time this has occurred, with comments below the post also confirming the behavior through additional experiences. Unfortunately, it’s not clear as to what is causing this latest bug or if it is only limited to this new mode.

It’s unknown as to when or if there will be a fix to this current issue as Raven continues to attempt to put out multiple fires. In addition to this God Mode glitch, players are recently reported another issue where they’re unable to switch operators or outfits. The biggest issue remains on the effort to curb cheating and hacking, a problem that has gotten so bad, the official Call of Duty social accounts had to issue a statement regarding efforts to stop this problem. With more security updates on the way, fans are hoping that the constant hacking issues will finally be winding down.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
