There are two methods of inputting cheats for each version of Grand Theft Auto V. In the Playstation and Xbox versions of the game, players can enter the code at any point while walking around Los Santos but must do so quickly. For all versions, however, the easiest way to activate a cheat is to open up the Contacts app on the phone, going to the keyboard, and entering the number that will always start with “1-999.”
