The massively popular online platform Roblox is seeing tons of attention lately. Its most popular game has been played more than 20 billion times, a staggering achievement. Years before seeing these levels of fame, Roblox has offered promo codes, granting non-paying users various in-game items and cosmetics for their avatar.
Some of these promo codes are available for a limited time, but there is still a large amount of codes active and working from previous releases. While the codes don’t offer users any of the treasured in-game currency, they still serve as a somewhat viable alternative for free-to-play players to receive items to customize themselves. In any case, Roblox players looking to add some flair to their in-game avatar should check these out, as the list has just been updated with March’s promo codes.
Altogether, there’s nine promo codes active and working this month. Most games usually offer two or three at a time, so three times the amount is great to see. To redeem these codes, players will need to log into Roblox and navigate to the Promo Code Redemption page. Once there, just copy the code and paste it where prompted. A following prompt will either confirm that the promo code was redeemed successfully, or if inactive or not properly entered, will read as an invalid promo code.
As of March 2021, these are the working promo codes available for Roblox. It’s important to note that the codes available are the only ones active, meaning any not on this list should be assumed to be either inactive or not a valid promo code otherwise.

Roblox doesn’t give out promo codes on a consistent basis, though the developer usually releases them through social media. With the growing popularity of Roblox across America, the company may decide to be more generous with how often they give out promo codes. Whichever happens, dedicated users of the platform should definitely keep a look out for when Roblox releases the next round of codes.
On the other hand, those who may see these items as a bit too childish won’t be left out for long. Roblox announced plans to focus on older audiences, and although it’s not entirely clear what that means for in-game items, players already have the freedom to create their own items – within certain guidelines, at least.
More interestingly, Roblox recently announced its plans to introduce a “safe” voice chat system during an investor call. This feature is controversial, partly due to failed attempts by fellow competitor Minecraft in the past, as well as incidents of grooming through Fortnite‘s voice chat. Fan reaction to the announcement has been negative, leaving it to Roblox to prove if it can handle the task.
