Late last year, a new WWE mobile game called WWE Undefeated hit the Apple App Store and Google Play. Instead of trying to be a professional wrestling simulator, WWE Undefeated plays more like a traditional fighting game, but with members of the WWE roster, both past and present, as its playable characters. Since its launch, WWE Undefeated has received a number of updates that have added even more wrestlers to the roster, with the latest being Mankind.
Mankind was added to the WWE Undefeated roster in the game’s latest update. Fans will discover that Mankind’s move-set in WWE Undefeated features some of the wrestling moves that he was known to perform when he was active in WWE, like the piledriver and his finishing move, the Mandible Claw. WWE Undefeated has released a new trailer that showcases Mankind in action against some of the other wrestlers on the roster.
What’s interesting about the WWE Undefeated Mankind trailer is that it shows him exclusively fighting wrestlers that he was known to face in the Attitude Era. This includes “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and The Undertaker, as well as one of his primary rivals, Triple H. Of course, in the game itself Mankind will be able to face off against wrestlers from many eras, but this was a nice touch in the trailer regardless.
Since launch, WWE Undefeated‘s roster has grown to include classic wrestlers like Andre the Giant and more recent stars like Braun Strowman and John Cena. Mankind is just the latest addition, but fans should be able to expect even more new wrestlers to be added to the game in the weeks and months ahead.
WWE Undefeated is out now for iOS and Android mobile devices.
