Assassin’s Creed Valhalla‘s Ostara Festival is officially underway, and at its center is a hunt for several Baskets of Eggs. More specifically, players that want to complete the new Egg Hunt quest, and collect the associated rewards, will need to find 15 Baskets of Eggs, and some of them can prove to be a bit elusive. For those players that may be having some trouble tracking down all of the Easter Eggs in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, this guide is here to offer assistance.
Before getting into the locations of all of the Egg Baskets, it is worth mentioning that they are revealed by using Odin’s Sight in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Players that only reference the text descriptions that are found below are thus advised to activate the ability frequently, as it will allow them to quickly zero in on these collectibles. That should not be necessary for those fans that watch the video, though, since it clearly shows the precise locations of all of the Easter Eggs.
- On the ground near Norvid.
- Behind the throne in the Ostara Festival area.
- On top of the wooden scaffolding next to the brawling area.
- On top of a grassy roof near Thyra.
- Next to the river that runs under the bridge with the Archery Challenge.
- On a wooden plank that extends from the east side of the Longhouse.
- On the rafters inside of the Longhouse.
- On the ground in the Longhouse.
- On the ground next to a tree just west of the Longhouse.
- Next to the big tree in the cemetery.
- On the ground by the Blacksmith.
- On the ground near Reda.
- At the end of the dock.
- By the waterfall near the Seer.
- On top of a column at the museum.
Once an AC Valhalla player has obtained all of these Baskets of Eggs and read the six riddles that they received at the start of the quest, they should return to Alwin and collect their rewards. For fans that are curious, those rewards are a bit of XP, 140 Festival Tokens, and unlocking the Egg Collector as a possible opponent in Ostara Brawl.
To note, Egg Hunt is certainly not the only quest featured in the Ostara Festival, and indeed there are several others that players can complete for additional Festival Tokens. Players can earn even more of this currency by participating in the event’s various mini-games, such as the previously-mentioned Ostara Brawl, and it can be exchanged for a variety of cosmetics in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
