It’s been a busy month for Pokemon GO trainers, but March is almost in the rearview mirror. As players continue working through the list of Weather Week tasks and unlocking those rewards, some fans may be ready to look forward to April and start planning next month’s activities early.
Now that the full April 2021 Pokemon GO event calendar is published, trainers know that it’s going to be another action-packed month of spring starting next week. In addition to the expected Community Day event, there will be lots of other activities focusing on rivals, Battle Team Rocket, and Friendship. As Pokemon GO players are working through the long list of events during April 2021, they may also want to keep an eye on the Battle Raid schedule to see what powerful bosses are up for grabs.
The initial Legendary and Mega Raid schedule is now live and there are a lot of familiar faces so far. On the Legendary side of things, Therian Forme Landorus is going to be storming into the scene throughout the month, but there will also be a visit by Incarnate Forme during the final days of April, so keep an eye out for that, as well…
The following Legendary Pokémon will be appearing in five-star raids throughout April.
Therian Forme Tornadus will make its Pokémon GO debut in five-star raids on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time and will depart on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
Therian Forme Landorus will make its Pokémon GO debut in five-star raids on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time and will depart on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
Incarnate Forme Tornadus, Incarnate Forme Thundurus, and Incarnate Forme Landorus will be appearing in five-star raids starting on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter a Shiny Tornadus, Thundurus, or Landorus!
In addition, the following Mega-Evolved Pokémon will be appearing in Mega Raids.
Mega Houndoom, Mega Manectric, and Mega Abomasnow will appear in Mega Raids until Sunday, April 4, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
On Sunday, April 4, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time, a surprise Mega-Evolved Pokémon will be appearing in Mega Raids. It will continue to appear in Mega Raids for the rest of the month. Stay tuned for more details!
Mega Gengar and Mega Manectric will appear in Mega Raids from Monday, April 5, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
Mega Venusaur and Mega Abomasnow will appear in Mega Raids beginning on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
As always, it’s possible that additional Battle Raids may show up as surprise events come and go throughout the coming month. Keep an eye on the nearby radar for anything particularly exciting or surprising as April kicks off next week.
