Monster Hunter Rise: Where to Find King Rhino, Rock Roses, and Bismuth Prisms

Monster Hunter Rise‘s Economic Stimulation Request sends players to collect one King Rhino, three Rock Roses, and three Bismuth Prisms, and fans that retrieve all of these items will receive a new submarine for their efforts. Considering just how useful this reward can be, many players will undoubtedly be interested in tackling this side quest in Monster Hunter Rise, and this guide looks to provide assistance by detailing the locations of all three of the requisite items.

Before sharing these locations, though, it is worth mentioning that players will not receive one of the relevant items every time that they interact with an associated node. Indeed, fans may need to visit several nodes before obtaining what they are looking for, and they may even need to reset their Expeditions once or twice. While this should not cause too much trouble, it does mean that players will need to exercise some amount of patience when working on the Economic Stimulation Request in MHR.

Players that are looking for a King Rhino should turn their attention to the Shining Rhino nodes in Monster Hunter Rise‘s Flooded Forest. These nodes materialize as yellow bugs on the sides of certain pillars and trees, and there are five of them on the map. More specifically, players can find Shining Rhinos around the pyramid in the southeast corner, on the cliffs just north of area 10, directly in the middle of area 11, and at the very northeast end of the map.

Rock Roses come from Desert Roses, which have the appearance of brambly bushes and spawn in the Sandy Plains. For the most part, players will find these nodes in the northern areas, though there is one Desert Rose down south. All of these locations can be seen on the map in this section, and players that reference it should have not trouble collecting the three Rock Roses that they need for this Monster Hunter Rise side quest.

With respect to Bismuth Prisms, they are obtained by interacting with the Iridescent Ore nodes in the Lava Caverns. The multicolored-nature of these nodes make them quite easy to locate, and indeed there are several of them on the map. For those MHR fans that want to fully circumvent the hunt for Iridescent Ore, the visuals that can be found just above should make doing that very possible.

Monster Hunter Rise is currently available on Nintendo Switch, with a PC version coming in 2022.
