聯交所就優化海外發行人上市制度諮詢市場意見

聯交所刊發諮詢文件，建議優化及簡化海外發行人來港上市制度，包括擴闊第二上市制度，容許經營傳統行業而並無採用不同投票權架構的海外上市大中華公司申請來港上市，這些公司可以毋須證明屬於「創新產業公司」，上市時最低市值將低於現行規定，但仍高於申請作主要上市的要求。

諮詢建議，計劃在聯交所作雙重主要上市的「獲豁免大中華發行人」及「非大中華發行人」，可以保留不同投票權及可變利益實體架構。這些發行人需要在合資格交易所有至少兩個完整會計年度良好監管合規紀錄，並採用不同投票權申請人的較高最低市值要求，以及繼續遵…
