過去3年港交所新股融資額中61%來自新經濟公司

港交所推行上市制度改革3周年。截至3月底，新經濟公司總市值已達14.4萬億港元，佔香港市場27%。今年首季合計有18家新經濟公司在港交所上市，融資1292億元，佔新股總融資額95%。

自新制度改革後，合共有146家新經濟公司上市，總融資額達6822億港元，佔新股融資額61%。期內，有13家海外上市的中概股回港第二上市，總融資額達2858億元；另外吸引31家未有收入生物科技公司上市，總融資額達821億港元。

港交所表示，新經濟上市公司重塑香港資本市場，相關融資額比例由2018年的49%攀升…

中國銀行首季盈利增2.7%　不良率降至1.3%

中國銀行首季盈利539.9億元人民幣，按年增長2.67%。

期內，淨利息收入1041.6億元，按年增長3.66%，淨息差1.78%。手續費及佣金收支淨額278.8億元，按年增加約18%。

至3月底止，中行不良貸款總額1948.8億元，不良貸款率1.3%，較去年底下降0.16個百分點，不良貸款撥備覆蓋率189.88%，上升12.04個百分點。

期內，利息淨收入1666億元，按年增長3.5%，淨利息收益率2.14%，手續費及佣金淨收入411.6億元，增長1.35%。

至3月底止，不良貸款餘額3070.4億元，較去年底增加130.7億元；不良貸款率1.58%，較去年底持平；撥備覆蓋率183.22%，提高2.54個百分點。

中國石油首季轉賺逾277億元人民幣

中國石油首季業績由虧轉盈，賺277.2億元人民幣，去年同期蝕162.3億元。

期內，營業收入5519.2億元，按年增長8.4%。

集團上季勘探與生產板塊實現經營利潤128.82億元，按年下降13.4%，因國內原油價格按年下跌、折舊折耗增加等影響。單位油氣操作成本減少1%， 剔除匯率變動影響後，則下降8%。

首季煉油與化工板塊經營業績由虧轉盈，獲利146.75億元，去年同期蝕約87億元，當中煉油業務經營利潤轉賺約102億元，化工業務經營利潤44.7億元。
