Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy story trailer introduces characters and factions in the game

Eidos-Montreal has released a new trailer detailing what awaits you in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.

Set 12 years after the conflict known as the Galactic War, the game has you walking in Peter Quill’s boots where you lead his buddies across the galaxy – and through whatever mess they have gotten themselves into at the time.

In the new trailer, Grand Unifier Raker brings Star-Lord, Drax, Gamora, Rocket, and Groot to the Universal Church of Truth. Here, they witness a ritual that takes place before the Matriarch. Grand Unifier Raker states that the Matriarch wishes to share with them a truth that can end all grief and suffering.
