Helping aliens escape Area 51 requires a lot of cardio and strength training, as shown in a new hilarious video that is taking over Instagram.

The video, which was posted by apiecebuyguy on Instagram, shows a man engaging in various exercises, including mini obstacles, moving a cart, and walking on a treadmill with some “extraterrestrial” weight. While receiving tips from his coach, the guy is carrying a cheeky alien around, who seems to enjoy not doing any work at all during the rigorous circuit.

“He’s going to do it!” Wrote apiecebyguy, who also captioned the video with the hashtags #conspiracytheory, #mondaymotivation, #area51, #thelionking, #edsheeran, #postmalone, and #lilnasx.

More than 180,000 people have watched the hilarious footage, which went up on Monday. Instagram users commented on the “training” and why we need “rescuers” for these otherworldly beings.

“Area 51 is just going to keep @apiecebyguy for research,” one commenter wrote.

Another added “The hero we need.”

The “training” video follows a joke Facebook event called “Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop All of Us,” which gained a lot of attention last week. Since July 11, more than one million extraterrestrial fans signed up for the mock gathering, which would “breach” Area 51, a top secret U.S. government hub, in Nevada.

“We will all meet up at the Area 51 Alien Center tourist attraction and coordinate our entry,” said the Facebook event description. “If we Naruto Run, we can move faster than their bullets. Let’s see them aliens.”

Even though the Area 51 event wasn’t real, the U.S. Air Force doesn’t find it a laughing matter. U.S. Air Force officials strongly discourage people from attempting to visit the confidential area.

“[Area 51] is an open training range for the US Air Force, and we would discourage anyone from trying to come into the area where we train American armed forces,”Air Force spokeswoman Laura McAndrews told Deadline. “The US Air Force always stands ready to protect America and its assets.”
