Google is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Friends with some hilarious Easter eggs in its search results and they will take you right back to the ’90s.
Friends, a sitcom about a group of friends who navigate adulthood in New York City, aired on TV from 1994 to 2004. Now, you can revisit Phoebe Buffay, Ross Geller, Joey Tribbiani, Chandler Bing, Rachel Green, and Monica Geller’s fun moments when you search for their names on Google, The Verge reported.
To experience the Friends Easter eggs, you will definitely want to grab a pair of headphones and find a quiet space. Each character will have a cute icon appear next to their name in Google’s search results.
Here’s what you’ll see for each Friends Easter egg:
- Phoebe Buffay will sing her “Smelly Cat” song and a guitar and a stinky cat icon show up.
- Ross Geller’s voice pops up screaming “Pivot! Pivot!” and the Google search page will move.
- Joey Tribbiani’s favorite food, including pizza, chicken, and hotdogs, will appear and you’ll hear him say, “Joey doesn’t share food!”
- When you Google “Chandler Bing,” click on the recliner next to his name and a chick and a duck will show up.
- Remember The Rachel haircut? If you click on a small figure next to Rachel Green’s name, you’ll get thousands of search results for the iconic ’90s style.
- Monica Geller is known for being a neat freak and Google pokes fun at that with a cleaning bucket and sponge that makes the page “sparkle.”
Friends, which stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer, is streaming on Netflix now.
