Lonely Mountains: Downhill has a style all its own. Simple yet beautiful graphics, straightforward but challenging controls, and a quiet, natural soundscape bring this basic idea of a downhill biking sim to life. Matt Miller adored this game this year, and he explains why to Brian Shea and Leo Vader over graphic footage of Leo repeatedly dying gruesomely on the jagged mountain rocks.
