In terms of military style FPS games, Call of Duty remains the gold standard for many players. After the introduction of the free to play Warzone mode, Activision has been raking in record profits thanks to its in-game mictrotransaction store. Initially reported on by Tom Henderson, the recent EA survey asked players about a number of topics pertaining to the Battlefield franchise including a Battle Pass, the Clan System, Free to play elements, maps that evolve throughout a match possibly through destruction, as well as weapon blueprints. While it should be stated that the survey isn’t intended to confirm any particular details, generally they’re used to give the company insight into what fans are thinking and what interests them most.
In a follow up Tweet, one person asked a question that was likely on many people’s minds regarding the survey.
